Our home is situated in a gated and guarded community of Tierra Pacifica that provides the tranquility you are looking for to recharge during vacation.

Our modern, bright and airy home combines the natural serenity of the tropical dry forest with luxury convenience. Windows throughout allow for natural cooling cross breezes to flutter through the open living spaces and let you observe the nature surrounding the property.

Master Bedrooms | En-Suite Bathrooms

Two large identical master suites with custom made King beds are ideal for up to 4 adults and 4 children.

Custom-made twin-size foam beds fold up into seating sectionals, if not used for sleeping. ACs are there for those liking it cool, along with a ceiling fan and the option for open-window breeze to provide fresh tropical air and cool down for a comfortable night’s sleep in lush cotton linens.

​

Each bedroom has a spacious master en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks and plenty of cabinet and countertop space for your travel essentials.

Spacious, modern, custom-designed and fully equipped kitchen, featuring built-in coffee machine and induction cooktop, is here to help you make a delicious breakfast or dinner quickly and easily. You can be enjoy your meal at the large kitchen island table that will fit all of your vacationing group members.

You can find a good selection of ingredients in the Tierra Pacifica’s own grocery store, or drive to local farmers markets to get fresh produce for your meals.  

​

You can even get seafood and meat delivered to your door by local fishermen and farmers.

 

And if vacation means no cooking, there are multiple choices of restaurants in Playa Junquillal that serve local and international cuisines.

​

Our open space floor plan connects kitchen and living room by a center piece of the house - floating staircase. You can always feel connected with all vacation members and be part of conversations.

 

While you are enjoying the stay, you can play your favorite tunes over free WiFi and portable Bluetooth speakers. If there’s an urge to know what’s happening in the rest of the world, try the 4K TV with over 50 HD local and international channels or make it a movie night with one of Blu-ray DVD options.

We invite you to take one last swim before bed in the infinity lap pool with changing lights or lay down on the deck loungers for one of the best stargazing experiences -- ensuring a deep, restful slumber.

Outdoor shower is available to rinse beach sand or pool water. And washer/dryer to refresh your clothing during your stay.

Tropical Relaxing Landscape

The landscape at Out of Office Villa has been thought through to provide a feeling of tropical environment. It  features drought-resistant plants to preserve water. 

​

You can observe wildlife without even leaving the property - howler monkeys hanging out in the trees, butterflies, iguanas and more.  You will  truly be taking a swim in the pool and experiencing a serene and calming nature of the property that it is with lots of colorful local plants and edible fruit trees.

​

Stone steps around the property serve as a nice feature to conveniently walk around and to also get some exercise in. 

​

Walking trails around the perimeter of the property connect to the entrance to a preserved estuary and is a great way to take a stroll and easy nature hike.
